Save the Date: Oct. 24 Webinar on Homeless Sanctioned Camping Area Near Davidson

The City of San Rafael has established a new sanctioned camping area along the northern portion of the Mahon Creek Path in partnership with the County of Marin and made possible through grant funding provided by the State of California. They welcome the opportunity to present some background and information about the program.  Please join us on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 6 - 7 pm for a virtual webinar hosted by the City of San Rafael, with the support of the SRCS and Davidson administrations. The meeting will be via Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88489666236. They plan to discuss why the program was established, who can use the area, services provided and guidelines and regulations. Learn more about the sanctioned camping area. This session is designed specifically for Davidson parents and guardians; nearby SRCS elementary school parents are also welcome. The webinar will be recorded if you can't make it and Spanish interpretation services will be provided. If you have questions that you would like the City to address, please submit them to communications@srcs.org by Friday, Oct. 18.
